Who is responsible
Quartier Web, a business of 9563-6023 Québec inc., has named Robert Kauffman as the person in charge of protecting personal information. You can reach him at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form or by email: your name, your shop’s name, your email, your phone (optional), your city, your type of business and your message.
Why
To reply to you and prepare a proposal. If you become a client, to build your project and invoice you. Nothing else.
What we don’t do
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers.
Our service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and your messages arrive in our email inbox. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to display them. These providers may process data outside Quebec, with comparable safeguards.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted no later than two years after our last exchange. For clients, invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
